I love to teach classes and workshops!
There's nothing more gratifying to me, than to watch the "ah-ha" moments that happen
when students switch on.

Barbara has extensive experience in Glass Beadmaking, and has studied under a number of "Masters" in the art. She started flameworking in 1997 after dabbling in stained glass, and has been making beads full time since 2003.

A generous, ethical and "results-oriented" Instructor, Barbara strives to make your learning experience a happy and healthy one from which you can confidantly grow into your own brand of creative expertise.

Published in numerous places online and in magazines, Barbara enjoys introducing beginners and experienced Beadmakers to the mysteries of making gorgeous Glass Beads. Her background in teaching University, Adult Education and Trades Schools serves to maximize the learning process for everyone who attends her classes.
Great enthusiasm for the art is obvious in Barbara's beads, and this same enthusiasm and inspiration transfers easily to you as you spend time watching or learning from her.
Barbara's work may be seen on various pages of this website.

You can be assured of a fun time as well as a great educational process in attending our workshops!

Have Torches, will travel!
I do travel frequently, and am happy to teach wherever I am if you
can provide an appropriate facility!
If you would like to host a workshop for yourself and some friends?
Send an email to discuss the possibilities!
